Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to participation in events organized by Tango MucHer group, including but not limited to the “Tango Week Marathon” and “Crete Tango Week” (hereafter referred to as “the Event”). By registering for or attending the Event, participants agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility

Participation is open only to adults (18 years and older).

By registering, participants confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2. Registration & Payment

Registration is only valid once confirmed by the Organizers.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that payment is completed within the specified deadline.

The Organizers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at their discretion.
3. Travel & Accommodation
-
Participants are solely responsible for arranging and covering their own travel to and from the Belvedere Resort Hotel, as well as any related expenses.
-
Hotel rooms must be booked directly through the hotel’s booking system.
-
The hotel’s cancellation and refund policy applies to all accommodation bookings.
4. Event Cancellation or Changes

The Organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event if circumstances require (e.g., insufficient registrations, force majeure, public health concerns).

In the event of cancellation by the Organizers, participants will be informed promptly. Any refund policies will be communicated at that time.

The Organizers are not responsible for any costs incurred by participants beyond the event fee (e.g., travel or accommodation).
5. Insurance & Liability

The Organizers do not provide personal, health, or travel insurance.

All participants must arrange their own valid travel and health insurance covering illness, accidents, and other unforeseen circumstances before, during, and after the Event.

Participation is at the participant’s own risk. By attending, participants agree that the Organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, theft, or other incidents.
6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to treat others with respect and courtesy at all times.

Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in exclusion from the Event without refund.

Participants must comply with any health, safety, or venue rules in place at the time of the Event.
7. Media & Photography

The Organizers may take photos and videos during the Event for promotional purposes (website, social media, future event marketing).

By attending, participants consent to being photographed or filmed. If a participant does not wish to appear in such media, they must notify the Organizers in writing before the Event.
8. Data Protection

Participant information is collected and processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
